About Tusse and the creator. Written by the creator.
Tusse is a very happy forest-troll from the middle of Norway. He was born in Bente´s head in 2018 and drawing him was a lot of fun.
The question is....: is he a he og is she a she? He is both. She is both. He/she is outside of the need for a gender, I guess trolls are like that?
The story to Tusse actually started in my sticker shop. It started as a need for icon stickers that was cute and had a face to it. Drawing Tusse the first time was a real joy. The shape just happened. Maybe from within. Maybe Tusse is me. Maybe Tusse is the expression of me.
Tusse longs for a slower way of living. As the months pass, you will find more and more "analog" products in this store. Products that stimulates the brain, its creativity and makes us put away the digital world for a while. Both adults and children needs this, studies has shown that the youngest tiny baby generation growing up now, will be the first generation that will be more "stupid" than the generation before. First time in modern history. And the reason behind that is set to be AI, digital tools and help and the devices we believe is helping us.
Tusse does not want to scare anyone, Tusse just wants to help us all take a step back, enjoy journaling, painting, creativity etc!
Way back when, I was called the forest-troll at the hospital when I was born. They actually had to cut my hair the first day of my life, because it was too wild and they could not get it washed and "tamed". I still sometimes wake up looking like Tusse, hair pointing at all directions.
Anyways - we are both happy and content, even on the days that feels like the world is falling apart. It hasn´t always been like that. It is a mindset-thing, and we both choose to be happy. We choose to try to spread happiness.
